When you set your prices, you felt rock solid about how much you wanted to charge and who you wanted to work with.

But now it's been 2 years, and every time you mention one of your offers, something feels off.

And I get it. You've spent these years taking action and moving forward: launching offers, serving clients, and growing toward $20k recurring months.

So you haven't stopped to look at whether your content, your photos, your brand colors, your carousels, your writing style and your thumbnails still match the vision of the 7-figure thought leader you're becoming.

But your sales are dropping, and the clients who you used to be so in love with working with are no longer leaving you fulfilled.

Venus Retrograde Is the Time to Check Your Standards

Venus Retrograde 2026 header: The Aesteria Codex cover for Venus retrograde, October 3 to November 14, the window to check your money, your pricing and your visuals, with Irisel Aesteria seated in a cream suit and sunglasses.

As a high-performing entrepreneur, when you're taking action and moving forward, it's easy to forget to look at what you're doing and make sure it's continually meeting your standards (or raising to meet new standards as you evolve.)

Which is exactly what Venus retrograde is for.

From October 3 to November 14, Venus is retrograde.

It's your window to take a look at your money, your pricing and your visual imagery, to make sure your value, your beauty and your wealth are at the standard of a brand bringing in $20k, $50k, or $100k recurring months.

These are the areas Venus rules, so her retrograde is the time to catch whatever in your business has slipped below your standards, before the last quarter of the year begins.

Two weeks ago, we cleared out any half-finished projects and open loops you've been holding onto since January. If you missed it, or want to come back to it, look here → The 2026 Autumn Equinox: A Letting-Go Ritual for Your Personal Brand.

What Venus Actually Governs in Your Business

Venus is the planet of value.

She rules money, beauty and what you're drawn to. In your business, that translates to three things: what you charge, who you attract, and how your brand looks.

And most importantly, mastering your value (and getting paid what you deserve) comes down to unshakable standards.

There are 2 things I want you to understand about standards:

  1. Your standards determine your value in the eyes of others, and

  2. The value you assign to yourself is determined by how well you meet your own standards.

So what does that actually look like? Let's break this down.

(Part 1) How Other People Determine Your Value

Let's say you have a standard of working out daily. Your audience sees you as a high-achiever: someone who takes care of their body, who is in good shape, and who has high energy. You are seen as high value, because you take the time to value your well-being.

So you attract people who are a match to those standards, the people who want to be what they see in you: a hard worker, someone who can afford a personal trainer and the athleisure to match, someone wealthy enough to have the time to dedicate to their health and fitness. AKA: The pilates princess, the “it girl,” etc.

Your business works the same way. Your photos, your content and your prices show people your standards, and from that they decide how valuable you are and how much they believe they should pay to work with you/buy your services.

(Part 2) Your Own Standards Decide How Much, How Often and How Reliably You Get Paid

Next, let's look at the value you assign to yourself; because that's what actually determines whether or not people will be willing to pay you.

In order to become a 7 figure personal brand you need to understand this: just because people see you as valuable doesn't necessarily mean they'll be willing to afford you.

You can look expensive, and people will think you're expensive, but that doesn't mean they want to give you their money and buy your services/products etc.

Whether people follow through and buy from you comes down to how well you meet your own standards.

Let's go back to the fitness example. Say your standard is taking care of yourself: exercising, eating well, dressing well. But as soon as you have bad sleep, or get into a negative mood, you don't follow through with your workout, or you start eating junk food, etc.

You've set a standard for yourself, and now you're not meeting it.

So what happens? Your self-worth plummets. You get frustrated with yourself, you feel unworthy, and you try to overcompensate. You look in the mirror and you feel bad about yourself.

This drops your frequency, which means you are no longer a vibrational match to your value.

So even if you're worth $10k PIF, you are now only being someone who is a match to, let's say, 50% of your value, because you are only meeting 50% of your standards.

So sales slip through the cracks, because you are selling a $10k package, but only showing up as someone who's worth $5k. But if you lower your prices to try to sell a $5k offer, it won't sell, because who you desire to be is someone who charges $10k, which means you need to rise up to meet your $10k standards.

Journal Prompts for Venus Retrograde 2026

Before Venus turns direct on November 14, set aside time to sit with these introspective questions. Rate yourself 0 to 10 on each area (10 being a full aligned match, 0 being not even in the same ball park), then journal on the questions underneath.

Money

  • How much money are you making this quarter, compared to what you set out to make?

  • How much are you charging, and does it reflect the level of your work and the outcomes you create?

  • Is any of your pricing still set for a level you've outgrown?

Clients

  • Is the quality and quantity of your clients where you want it to be?

  • Do your clients match the image of clients you've wanted to have?

  • Does anything need to change about how you position yourself in order to attract who you truly desire to work with?

Visual Image

  • Does your visual image match the identity you're becoming?

  • Does your visual image reflect who you are now, or who you used to be?

  • Does your visual image reflect the value and quality of your services and the outcomes you help your clients create?

Remember: mastering your value (aka: getting paid what you deserve) comes down to unshakable standards: the standards other people see in you, and how well you meet your own.

So use this Venus retrograde to take a look at where your brand is at, and make sure it's continually meeting your standards (or raising to meet new standards as you evolve.)
