Reminder: Q4 begins in just ten days!
We're hitting the 3/4 of the year mark, and moving into our last quarter of 2026.
If reading that gets your heart beating, makes you nervous, or even gets you excited, this article is for you. Nerves mean there's some misalignment you're carrying, and excitement means you're ready for what's next. Either way, this is the week to address any unconscious insecurities to make space for Q4.
We've closed quarters together before with a full quarterly review. This quarterly analysis is a bit different, though: this time, we're making it a ritual, because the Autumn Equinox lands this week and its energy is perfect for exactly this kind of letting go.
Open Loops Confuse Your Next Level
Since you're an overachieving work-a-holic who loves working on her business, it's so easy to get caught up working on projects that you don't realize how much of the year has passed.
So be honest with yourself for a second: how many projects have you started, and stopped without finishing? How many are half-built, waiting for you to come back to them, because you focused on another shiny project instead, only to leave that one half-finished too?
These create open loops.
Every one of them made sense to the version of you who started it. But you've evolved since then. This quarter alone, we went deep on your brand identity with PRISM and found the thread that was out of alignment. The version of you who started 2026 isn't the one reading this here with me now.
Those old loops confuse your next level. Each one still holds a piece of your attention and your identity, and you can't see who you're becoming through a dozen unfinished versions of who you were.
The Energy of the 2026 Autumn Equinox (and How Your Brand Can Use It)
On Tuesday, September 22 at 5:06pm PDT, the Sun moves into Libra, and we hit the exact balance point of the year: day and night, perfectly equal.
Libra is the sign of the scales, of balance and natural beauty, and that's the invitation this week: weigh your brand honestly:
What's bringing you life and energy?
What's taking it from you?
What's working, and what's not?
The equinox also opens harvest season. This is the point of the year when farmers gather what grew and let the fields rest. This is the time to harvest what worked in your business and let go of what didn't. Which means when we apply this astral energy to your business we: evaluate which of your projects brought results and which ones didn't, so that you can rest, and then plant new seeds (aka: focus on new projects) as you move forward.
Four days later, on September 26, the Full Harvest Moon lands in Aries, the sign of self and identity. Full moons are release points, which means the sky is handing you a deadline: weigh everything at the equinox (to decide what to keep and what to release), then release it on the full moon.
Why Making It a Ritual Gives It Power
Making a ritual out of something gives it meaning, power, attention, and focus. The same questions you'd rush through on a random Tuesday land completely differently when you've made space for them on purpose. AKA: rituals are helpful to creating lasting change and reinforce your desired manifestations.
I'm about to share with you a ritual I've been doing since I was 22, at the very beginning of my business, ever since my very first conscious manifestation experience under the Lion's Gate.
I've had my own version of this ritual since I first started my business. I come back to it every time I'm on the verge of becoming someone new: when I've been putting in the work, and I feel clear as all hell on who I'm becoming. Even when doubts show up, the heavy majority of myself feels success in my bones.
This ritual is how I draw the line in the sand. It's how I claim what I desire, fully let go of whatever I'm ready to release, and open up my arms for my new reality. It anchors my commitment to the reality I've asked for, and releases any doubt I might still be holding.
The Letting-Go Ritual, Step by Step
The ritual has three parts: set the scene, prepare your mind with five questions, and anchor your release.
Step 1: Set the scene
Pick a moment this week when you can be fully present: at night, or in the morning before your day starts. Get comfortable somewhere you love, somewhere that feels safe and protected, and make yourself something nice to drink. If one sitting feels rushed, give yourself the whole equinox week to move through this, with the Full Harvest Moon on the 26th as your natural deadline.
Step 2: Prepare your mind with five questions
Open your journal and move through these in order:
The weigh-in: What in your brand is bringing you life and energy, and what is taking it from you? This is the question of what's working and what's not: what you harvest, and what you let go.
The harvest: What did your brand plant this cycle that actually bore fruit? The offer that sold, the message that landed, the content that brought the right people in.
The lesson: What did you pour effort into that didn't bear fruit, and what is it teaching you about your next cycle?
The release: What are you ready to release? The offer you've outgrown, the messaging that no longer fits where you're going, the project that needs to be let go or given an honest new timeline.
The completion: What needs completing before the year ends, and when? What can you actually get done in Q4 while still leaving space to prepare for 2027?
By the end, you'll have two lists in front of you: what I'm keeping, and what I'm ready to let go of.
Step 3: Burn it, then sleep on your new reality
Take one sheet of paper and write down everything you're letting go of: projects, offers, messaging, and any doubts that belong to the old version of you.
Then burn it. Safely, over a candle with a fire-safe bowl. Watch the whole list turn to smoke and ash. Feel this cycle coming to a close and creating more space within you.
On a second sheet, write your new reality: who you're becoming, what your brand looks like as you move through Q4 and into 2027, and what you're claiming as yours. Fold it up, and put it inside your pillow.
You'll be sleeping on the new reality you've asked for while you build it.
What You Carry Into Q4 (and What You Don't)
Here's what changes when you actually do this. You walk into October with a shorter list and a clearer head. Your content, your offers, and your energy all point in one direction, instead of leaking into a dozen open loops.
And if you want a question-by-question playbook on how to close out one quarter to prepare for the next, my free 30-min CEO Reset covers exactly this.
