Lately, almost every client conversation has circled back to the same unspoken question:
“How do I know if an idea comes from intuition or from anxiety, and how can I securely manifest the outcomes I want on command?”
One client came to me after she received an intuitive hit about her next offer. It was an entirely new membership offer but she wasn’t sure if it was the “right” idea, because she hadn’t even finished selling out her current one.
Another client came to me asking about her brand message and positioning. A few years back she pivoted from her initial business, and now is realizing she misses part of her old services. She came to me confused, wondering: “is it even possible to do them both together?”
What they were really asking was this:
If this idea comes from my intuition and inspiration*... why does it all feel so uncertain?*
Because manifesting on command requires more than simply desire.
It requires embodied mastery within your state of consciousness.
The Frequency of Success: How Embodiment Actually Works (And Why It’s the Key to Growth)
You’ve heard it before: your frequency creates your reality.
But there’s a big difference between intellectually “knowing” that, and having it embedded as wisdom deep within in your bones.
This is where most entrepreneurs fall short when setting goals and manifesting incredible success: They treat manifestation like a strategy.
You get a genius idea, and instead of nurturing it, you immediately shift into:
“How do I create this?”
“What launch plan will secure it?”
“Should I post more? Build a funnel? Hire a coach?”
You feel a sense of urgency, like you need to “do something right now” or else you’ll “lose the idea,” it won’t be “good enough,” or it will all fall apart.
Underneath that urgency is your insecurity, and subconscious shadows.
The part of you that feels:
“I’m not good enough”
“I’m not safe”
“I’m unworthy”
“I’m undeserving”
“I’m unclear on what to do next”
This is the unconscious part of you that keeps you spinning in cycles of doubt and action without ever reaching your highest potential.
And from the outside, it always looks like you’re working hard, “doing all the right things.”
But internally, you're still building from a place of fear, not integrity.
You’re still trying to “do” your way into embodiment, rather than “be.”
Which brings us to the shift that changes everything: how you relate to action, effort, and the energy behind your moves.
Doing vs. Being: The Conscious Shift That Creates Results
Most entrepreneurs are operating in a state of constant output.
They get an inspired idea and immediately try to do their way into a result.
It looks like productivity: You’re creating a new offer. Writing another post. Building another new funnel. Setting up another landing page.
But it never actually feels “good.”
It’s fueled by an underlying pressure. Like a “I need to do this right now… or else.”
Underneath the momentum is just an insecure feeling of anxiety unconsciously driving your actions from a place of reactivity, not proactivity.
Let’s break this down in more detail so you can spot the signs when they arrive:
The Consciousness Behind Creation: Fear Frequency vs Embodied Frequency

Understanding embodiment comes down to this:
Knowing the difference between doing and being, and the intention behind why you’re taking the action in the first place.
Which leads us to the clearest signal of alignment:
Joy.
The #1 Secret to Manifesting Extraordinary Results
One of the most common things I find myself reminding clients is this: Follow your joy.
Not in the fluffy, spiritual-bypass kind of way where you ignore real life problems because you’re not willing to face your negative emotions.
(Like ignoring your finances because you don’t want to feel “low vibe” and then waking up at 3am from anxiety because you’ve been ignoring a vital part of daily life.)
That’s not “following your joy,” that’s avoidance wrapped in spiritual packaging.
When I say “follow your joy,” what I mean is: follow the thoughts, decisions, and ideas that create a sense of expansion, aliveness, and pleasure in your body.
Because the frequency of success is all about matching the state of that “next-level you.” And next level you feels a constant state of: gratitude, pleasure, appreciation, expansion, enough-ness, abundance, and unlimited inspiration.
The “you” that has everything you could ever dream up, she feels joyful in every single moment.
Expansion as a Compass: What Joy and Enthusiasm Are Trying to Tell You
When you let joy lead, what you’re really doing is choosing alignment over hustle.
You’re honoring the subtle signals of your body and learning to read the language of your internal world.
The powerful pulse in your chest when an idea expands you.
The soft, grounded release when you say no to something you've outgrown.
The quiet click of truth; that unmistakable feeling of “This is it. This is who I want to be.”
When my clients come to me wondering what offer to launch next, how to shift their content, or which strategy will lead to more consistent sales, I always ask:
“What idea feels the most expansive in your body right now, and why?”
And almost every time, they pause.
And say something like, “What I’d really love is x, it can’t be that easy… can it?”
But that’s exactly the point.
What you want is supposed to feel good.
That doesn’t mean the entire path will be effortless or free from challenge.
There will be hard days. Stretching seasons.
Moments where your next move feels big, vulnerable, or unknown.
But the desire itself, and the path you take to create it, will always be filled with joy, aliveness, and deep internal “rightness.”
Even in the face of challenge, there’s a part of you that will whisper:
“This feels exciting. This challenge is actually kind of fun.”
Your emotions are you compass, and your job is master reading the language of your body.
