Hey lovely.

It’s February 16th here in LA, and tomorrow, February 17th, there’s a Solar Eclipse in Aquarius.

Solar eclipses are usually talked about as moments of endings and beginnings, but at their core, they’re really about identity resets.

They mark the point where releasing an old version of you becomes effortless, and the new version takes command.

What’s different about this eclipse is where it pulls your attention: forward, not backward.

Aquarius energy is about who you’re becoming, not who you’ve been. It’s less emotional processing and more decision making.

And this is usually the point where conversations around embodiment and mindset start sounding like this:

• “What are you releasing?”

• “What are you letting go of?”

• “What are you clearing before the eclipse?”

• “What no longer serves you?”

• “What are you ready to detach from?”

And while there are moments where letting go matters, most of the time, that’s not the work that actually creates new results.

Because, if all your attention is focused on the past, all you will do is keep repeating it.

So instead of starting with letting go, I want to offer a different place to focus. Let’s talk about the Future Self Integration.

Instead of seeing your future self as someone you’re trying to become one day, this process brings that version of you into the present, so it becomes how you operate now.

Not through visualization or “acting as if,” but by reaching out to the identity that already exists on your timeline, and allowing that version of you to take the lead today.

Future Self Integration: How to Become the Version of You You’re Ready For

Here’s how to integrate your future self using the energy of this Solar Eclipse in Aquarius.

1. What is the new habit, routine, pattern, or belief you’re ready to integrate into your life?

Not what you should want, what genuinely feels like the next version of you.

2. Why is this what you want now?

What about this feels aligned with where you are, not where you think you should be?

3. How does this make you more of who you’re already becoming?

Create that connection between what you’re ready to become (the habit, the thought, emotion, belief system) and why this matches who you want to be, and who you’ve been working towards becoming.

4. How does it feel to live this way?

Go deeper. This is where you start to “try on” this new aspect of your identity. We want to anchor this in so you realize how amazing it feels. How good and “True” (with a capital T) this belief feels. How energized this behaviour makes you feel. Lock in to Know (capital K) that this. is. who. you. are.

That’s it.

You don’t need to do more. Let this future version of you move and watch the magic unfold.
